Boys in Sheridan are paying nearly 67 percent more for marbles these days than they did a year ago. Nearly every marbles game, regardless of the ages of the players, are now for “keeps.”
A man will stand trial for aggravated assault and battery next Wednesday after pleading not guilty to a charge that he drove a ten-penny nail through the ear of a Dayton man at a dance at Dayton Saturday night.
S. M. Smith of Omaha is in Sheridan today. He is registered at the Sheridan Inn.
J. W. Wilson is in Sheridan from Big Horn today.
