Ron RichterSheridan County has requested that the City of Sheridan begin the process of annexing six specific properties into the City’s boundary. City Attorney Brendon Kerns said the six properties require special ballots because they are located within or nearly completely surrounded by the City corporate boundary.
The properties the County is requesting that the City annex are 2146 North Main Street (My Buddy’s Place), 447 Canfield Street, 1305 Leopard Street, 1872 Fairway Lane, and 1738 and 1814 KROE Lane. The City Council will be considering a resolution at an upcoming business meeting that would authorize City staff to initiate the process of annexing the six properties.
