The Bighorn Trail Run took place on the 16th and 17th of June and was another extraordinary success. There was a multitude of impressive athletes, including two that broke records in each of their respective events.
Those weren’t the only impressive feats that happened that weekend. The 100-mile race even had an impressive amount of participants join the Rusty Spurs club.
The first-place runner for the male 100-mile race was Jeff Browning from Flagstaff, Arizona with a time of 19 hours, 47 minutes, and 47 seconds. First place for the female 100-mile was Amanda Sullivan from Jackson, Wyoming with a time of 26 hours, one minute, and two seconds.
Michelle Maneval would love to keep the legacy of this race pushing forward and is interested in meeting anyone who would like to volunteer.
