Commissioner Siddle on Coronavirus Preparation

The Sheridan County Commission, in a release Monday, said they are working with local and state officials and monitoring the Novel Coronavirus (COVID19) issue, receiving updates from state and Federal agencies concerning the on-going status and national response to the virus outbreak.
Sheridan County Commission Chairman Nick Siddle, in an interview with Sheridan Media, said the county would like to address the public about the situation.
Siddle said the courthouse will be taking some specific precautions, putting in hand sanitizing stations at all of the offices and sanitary hand wipes to cleanse countertops, doorknobs, and other surfaces within the building.
They will also be encouraging people to wash their hands and be aware of the situation.
Siddle said the county would prefer to prevent a local outbreak, but there is a plan put together in case an outbreak happens.
