Buffalo Council Awards Bid for Erie, Delaware Projects

The Buffalo City Council has awarded the contract for the resurfacing projects on Erie Drive and Delaware Drive.

Project Engineer Brent Bennett, with Nelson Engineering, explained that the city received two separate bids on two options within the project.

The low bidder on both options was Barnum Construction, bidding just under $1.2 million for the concrete option and just under $1 million for the asphalt option.

The council awarded the contract to Barnum Construction for the asphalt option for a bid of $918,370.
