cvannoyOn Tuesday, March 14, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., the Zonta Club of the Wyoming BigHorns will meet at the Rib and Chop House in Sheridan.
The featured guest speaker will be Rhonda Weber, Assistant Director of the Advocacy and Resource Center in Sheridan. She will tell us about the services and resources her center provides and about teen dating violence.
Following her presentation, Lt. Governor Debbie Sundberg will discuss the things that they still need to do to charter the club. This will be an important meeting to attend for anyone interested in joining.
The mission of Zonta Clubs around the world is to better the lives of women and girls worldwide through service and advocacy. If you would like to be a part of this, the club is open to all kindred spirits – male and female. They raise money for local and global scholarships, and to support women in our communities and again those in need worldwide.
They ask interested people to please consider this their invitation to join Zonta as they strive to make this mission blossom in the Sheridan community.
