Representative Western on ‘Chloe’s Law’

State Representative Cyrus Western (R-House District 51, Sheridan County) spoke with Sheridan Media last week, discussing Senate File 144, also known as “Chloe’s Law.”

The legislation was intended to protect minors from gender transitioning treatments and reassignment procedures.

Western explained why he supports the legislation.

Senate File 144 was not brought up for consideration by the Committee of the Whole in the House of Representatives and died on Monday.
