Sheridan County Approves Powder Horn Final Plat

The final plat for the Powder Horn Estates, Phase 1 Subdivision has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission.

The application from Powder Horn Ranch–2, LLC was brought before the commission during their recent meeting and was explained by County Planner Mark Reid.

Commissioner Nick Siddle asked County Engineer Ken Muller about the traffic study in the area, which he said he didn’t see any issues with, and supports the recommendations within it concerning speed limits near the proposed subdivision.

The commission approved the application with the one condition.
