The City of Sheridan will soon be adding three 2027 Dodge Durango Pursuit AWD Vehicles to its fleet. City staff is recommending the City Council and Mayor Rich Bridger approve the purchase of the vehicles from Fremont Motor Company in Lander in the amount of $125,544. City Fleet and Administrative Coordinator Heather Czaplinski says the new Durangos will replace three vehicles that have served their purpose.

Czaplinski said the order-to-delivery timeline is 60 to 90 days to be delivered to the upfitter, OnScene Dynamics in Rapid City, at which time the vehicles will be outfitted with the necessary PD accessories, camera systems, and radios. The purchase of the three Durangos will be an agenda item on the City Council’s business meeting on Monday, September 21.
