Andrew Adams of Sheridan, 19, plowed into the first turn wall in his American Sprint Car Series sprint car during the 12-lap last chance showdown at Sheridan Speedway Sunday. He was not injured.
He described how his rocket when could reach speeds of more than 90 mph on the frontstretch was acting before the accident.

Adams describes what it is like hitting the cement wall.
Adams was racing in the IMCA Sport Compact class in 2024 and won a few feature races.
