Do you support the proposal to establish a Sheridan County Senior Citizen Service District with a maximum property tax levy that does not exceed two mills. For a $400,000 home, a one mill levy amounts to just under $3.17 per month or $38 per year.

It would a shame that this community could not find it in their heart to support our seniors for a MEASLEY $38 per year. After all WHO? built the schools, roads, water/sewer systems and all the other systems we all use. FOR A MEASLEY!!!!! $38 a year how shamefully CHEAP could we be. Seniors need and use the senior center, buses, day break, meals on wheels etc. But who cares about old people. let them go home {if they have one}and sit in the dark.. At least they would be out of sight and not reminding us, how we so shamefully failed them….
