Winona Hart Ratcliff

Winona Hart Ratcliff was born on March 20 1937 and passed away on December 16 2023 at Western Hills Nursing Home In Denver, Colorado after a short battle with Alztimers at the age of 86. Winona lived in Dubois, WY, and graduated high school, then met her husband Edward Ratcliff he started his career with the U S Forest Service in Dubois, moved to Cody WY, and Sheridan WY, and Denver Colorado. They have one son Chuck Ratcliff and daughter-in-law Susan Ratcliff of Beggs Ok. Winona was a housewife and loved playing bridge card games I Sheridan and Lakewood After Ed retired, they became snowbirds and spent 15 years going to Mission Texas for winters in their 5th wheel with other retired Forest Service couples. and summers coming back home to Sheridan and Dayton and going to Cheyenne Frontier Days . Ed and Winona had their small dog Snoopy that went everywhere with them traveling and was Spoiled!!

Winona has been cremated in Lakewood Col. And her ashes are coming back home to Dayton WY. To be buried next to her husband Ed, and family members in Dayton cemetery. There will be a family service at a later date.
