Sheridan Boys Outdoor Track and Field Team 3rd, Girls 2nd At 2023 Broomfield, CO Shootout

In their first outdoor meet of the 2023 season, the Sheridan Boys Track and Field Team finished 1st in 2 events, while the girls placed 1st in 6 events at the Broomfield Shootout in Colorado.

The next scheduled outdoor track and field meet for Sheridan, Tongue River and Big Horn is on Saturday, April 1st at Buffalo.

Sheridan Boys: Aiden O’Leary finished 1st in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 15.36 seconds, winning by 0.31 seconds and finished 1st in the 300 meter hurdles with a time of 39.68 seconds, winning by 1.71 seconds.

Josh Davis finished 3rd in the discus with a throw of 132 feet 8 inches.

Simon Tengesdal finished 2nd in the shot put with a throw of 46 feet 8 inches.

Landrum Wiley finished 3rd in the pole vault with a vault of 11 feet 0 inches.

Sheridan Girls: The Lady Broncs placed 3rd in 4 x 800 meter relay

Addie Pendergast finished 1st in 100 meter dash, with a time of 12.11 seconds, winning by 0.49 seconds. and finished 1st in 200 meter dash with a time of 25.47 seconds winning by 1.15 seconds

The 4 x 400 meter relay was 1st with a time of 4 minutes 12.32 seconds, winning by 3.71 seconds.

Josie Ankney finished 1st in discus with a throw of 114 feet 2 inches winning by 2 feet 4 inches, and was 1st in the shot put with a throw of 43 feet 5 inches, winning by 3 feet 2 inches.

Nora Butler finished 2nd in the shot put with a throw of 40 feet 3 inches.

Jaylynn Morgan finished 3rd in the discus with a throw of 111 feet 0 inches)

Callista Roush 1st in triple jump with a jump of 35 feet 5 inches winning by 6 inches. Ellen Brown finished 3rd with a jump of 32 feet 10 inches.

Lilly Charest finished 2nd in the pole vault with a vault of 11 feet 0 inches.
