Ron RichterA contract to construct for a guaranteed price of $800,000 for the Malcolm Wallop Park Pond Project was brought before the Sheridan City Council by staff at the December 20, 2021 Council meeting. City Engineer Hanns Mercer said the Council elected to remove the item from consideration from the agenda and allocate the funds to the Army Corps of Engineers general investigation study.
A resolution was approved by the Council at their meeting this week to relinquish the grants for the Malcolm Wallop Park Pond Project. In total, three grants that were relinquished were in the amount of $340,000.
