Sheridan County High School Track and Field Results: April 8, 2022

Sheridan was at the Queen City Classic at Spearfish, SD, while Tongue River hosted the Spring Fling, with Big Horn and Arvada-Clearmont also competing.

The next scheduled track and field meet for Sheridan is the Billings Invitational on Thursday, April 14th, while Big Horn and Tongue River will compete in a dual at TR that same day.

Arvada-Clearmont is scheduled to compete at the Kaycee Invitational on Friday, April 15th.

The Sheridan Boys placed first and the girls second in the team standings.

Queen City Classic Recap:

Carter McComb and Dominic Kaszas placed first and third in the boys 100 meter dash.

Carl Askins and Nathan Fitzpatrick placed second and sixth in the boys 400 meter dash.

Reese Charest, Austin Akers and Patrick Aasby placed first, second and third in the boys 800 meter run.

Akers, Robby Miller and Landrum Wiley placed first, fifth and sixth in the boys 1600 meter run.

Sage Gradinaru and Wiley placed third and fourth in the boys 3200 meter run.

Aiden Oleary and Conner McKinney placed fourth and fifth in the boys 110 meter hurdles.

Oleary, Cameron Perez and Dom Berrettini placed second, third, and seventh in the boys 300 meter hurdles.

The boys 4 by 100 meter relay team placed first (Askins, Kaszas, Ryan Karajanis and McComb)

The boys 4 by 200 meter relay team placed fourth (Sam Bisso, Aiden Roth, Berrettini and Tyler Hutton)

The boys 4 by 400 meter relay team placed first (Aasby, Askins, Charest and Fitzpatrick)

The boys sprint medley relay team placed fourth (Berrettini, Trent Foster, Roth and Bisso)

Texas Tanner. Matthew Ingalls and Blaine Holwell placed first, fifth and sixth in the boys shot put.

Tanner and Ingalls placed first and fifth in boys discus.

Roth placed eighth in the boys high jump.

Karajanis and Gaige Tarver placed first and second in the boys pole vault.

Addie Pendergast placed first in the girls 100 meter dash and the girls 800 meter run.

Averi Sullivan placed sixth in the girls 400 meter dash.

Alyssa Fehauler placed eighth in the girls 1600 meter run.

Fehlauler and Abby Newton placed fourth and sixth in the girls 3200 meter run.

The girls 4 by 100 meter relay team placed fifth (Megan Hodges, Sullivan, Brynn Burton and Ellen Brown)

The girls 4 by 400 meter relay team placed first (Sullivan, Pendergast, Morey Vivian and Maggie Turpin)

The girls 4 by 800 meter relay team placed third (Vivian, Turpin, Chloe Jorgenson and Jaylynn Morgan)

The girls spring medley relay team placed seventh (Tyler Bower, Avery Christopherson, Danika Palmer and Jorgenson)

Hanah Sullivan and Nora Butler placed first and fourth in the girls shot put.

Sullivan and Morgan placed third and fourth in the girls discus.

Preslee Moser and Dulce Carroll placed first and second in the girls high jump.

Lily Charest placed fourth in the girls pole vault.

Moser and Kadence Legerski placed fourth and sixth in the girls triple jump.
