Fall High School Sports set to Begin August 10th / Troopers Play two in Cheyenne Today

BRONC FOOTBALL – With the high school fall sports season closing in teams remain in limbo about how the 2020 season will happen the first teams up are the 4-A football teams with practice set to begin August 10th

The Bronc football like the rest of the state are hoping the season will go off but that decision will come in the next couple of weeks.

In the mean time the Broncs are going about their business of preparation for the season opener which is a home game with Laramie August 28th.

With covid-19 surging around the country Broncs Head coach Jeff Mowry says facing the unknown has been tough.

And Mowry says this is a great learning opportunity for the players and for all of us.

TROOPER BASEBALL – The Sheridan Troopers will play six in a row on the road before returning home for games Sunday.

They play two in Cheyenne this evening then two in Laramie tomorrow then onto Gillette for a double header on Friday. The next home games will be Sunday when they host Rapid City Post 22.
