The 2023 High School Football Season Kicks off Friday / Bronc / Lady Bronc Tennis Sweep in Torrington / Denver Broncos at Home Saturday Against the LA Rams

2023 HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL – The high school football season begins Friday with the class 4-A season opening games and zero week scrimmages for the rest of the schools and our own Kevin Koile has his first Sheridan county football history report of the 2023 season.

The Broncs play at Cheyenne Central and we will have all live for you starting with the First Federal bank and trust pregame show at 5:30 kickoff is set for 6:00 you can hear it on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM and also we bring you our live video web stream at sheridanmedia.com.

Tongue River plays their zero week scrimmage Saturday in Sheridan against the Bronc JV team kickoff is scheduled for 9am, the Eagles open the regular season at home against Thermolpolis on September 1st.

The Big Horn Rams play their zero week scrimmage at the Natrona county sophomores Friday and open the regular season at Lovell September 1st.T

SWIMMING AND DIVING – The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers open the season this week in Laramie for the Laramie relays and pentathlon Friday and Saturday.

TENNIS – The Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis swept their road trip yesterday, the Broncs beat Torrington and Cheyenne South while the Lady Broncs beat Torrington but South does not have a girls team.

They will be back on the court Saturday hosting Cody and Powell.

X-COUNTRY – The Sheridan high school cross country teams start their season at a meet in Casper Friday afternoon. We will have a preview of the season opener tomorrow with Head coach Art Bauers.

VOLLEYBALL – The Lady Bronc volleyball team will open their season this weekend at a tournament hosted by Lander.

COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming football Cowboys open their season at home September 2nd against Texas Tech that game will kickoff at 5:30 and you can hear the Pokes this season on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM.

BRONCO FOOTBALL – The Denver broncos have their final preseason game at home Saturday night with the Los Angeles Rams game time is at 7:00. They open the regular season September10th at home against the Las Vegas raiders.
