Troopers win two / CNFR Continues in Casper / Rockies beat the Red Sox Again

2023 CNFR – There was a score update in round two of the Bull riding and Wyatt Phelps of Sheridan college ended up winning the round with his 85.5 ride Monday through two rounds, he is 2nd in the Average.

In the Saddle Bronc riding, Joseph Priebe and Clancy Glenn had their 2nd rides yesterday, Priebe scored 68 points and Glenn scored 61.

Both are tied for 27th in the Average with a score of 132.5 on two.

They each have their final rides this evening.

The top 12 after three rounds come back for Saturday’s Championship Short-Go.

TROOPER BASEBALL – The Sheridan Troopers swept two games last night from the Rapid City Expos winning the first game 6-4 and closing out the double header winning 10-0.

Saturday the Troops will open league play hosting a double header with the Casper Oilers starting at 2:00.

BIG HORN MOUNTAIN TRAIL RUN – The annual Big Horn Mountain Trail Run gets going this weekend the 100 mile race gets going Friday with the 52, 32 and 18 mile events starting Saturday.

ROCKIES BASEBALL – The Colorado Rockies beat the Boston Red Sox in extra innings for the 2nd straight game 7-6 was the final in 10 innings last night, they go again this evening , first pitch is at 5:10. you can hear the Rockies live this season on Smart Talk 106.3 FM.

Following tonight’s game the Rockies road trip continues with a series starting tomorrow night in Atlanta.
