Donna Swisher DeVore, 82, passed away on Saturday, April 3, 2021, at Sheridan Memorial Hospital.

A Celebration of Life will be at 11:00 AM, on Thursday, July 1, 2021, at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, Casper, WY.
