Manda Francis

Manda Kay Martin was born to David and Florence Martin on January 8, 1974, at Sheridan Memorial Hospital. She went through the Sheridan County school system and attended Sheridan College. She spent her early years being raised in Downer Addition where she played with her cousins, the Fauber boys, and spent time riding horses and running through pastures being chased by bulls with her sister Karma. Manda was very active in 4H, her church activities, rodeo parades, and volunteered at the VA for several summers as a young kid as well as driving in the demolition derby. As an adult, Manda went on to marry Shaun Francis on January 16, 1993, at United Pentecostal Church. Shortly after their marriage, they welcomed their only child Regina Kay Francis on November 19, 1993, at Sheridan Memorial Hospital.
Manda managed Main Street Photography, King’s Saddlery, Yellowizer Meats, and many other businesses in Sheridan throughout her adult life. She was known for being serious and caring and would help anyone no matter their circumstances. She loved her family far and wide, had a fun spirit, and was no stranger to adventure. Her favorite thing in the whole world was her grandkids. She loved fishing, camping, dancing, rodeos, and country music.
Manda is preceded in death by her grandparents UG and Mildred Martin, and Clyde and Regina Fauber. She is survived by her parents David and Florence Martin, sister Karma Martin, daughter Regina Kay Francis, granddaughters Kinley, Addilyn, and Remington, grandson Lincoln, niece Sarah Buskirk, and nephew David Buskirk.
