Cathy Waugh

Cathy Marie Waugh, 65, passed away on June 17 th, 2024 in Casper, WY. She was born to parents Duane and Patricia Foss on March 3, 1959, in Buffalo, WY.

Cathy attended Buffalo Grade School and Johnson County High School. Cathy spent many

years working in the Waugh family’s Idlewild Cafe. This is where Cathy met her

husband Tom. On December 22, 1979, she married Thomas Waugh. Tom adopted Terry a

nd Kelly and later a daughter Christy, was born into the family.

Cathy and Tom moved to Story where they owned the Lodore Restaurant for a short time

and then moved to Cody. Cathy and Tom moved to Nevada and then Montana and ultimately started a construction business and later moved back to Buffalo. Cathy and her husband Tom owned multiple businesses throughout the years until ultimately moving to Belmont, WI to

be near Christy and grandchildren.

Cathy was preceded in death by her husband Tom, Her father Duane, and her mom Patricia.

She is survived by her daughter Christy (Terry) and family, sons Terry (Tammy) and family, Kelly and family, brother Joe (Linda) Foss and family, sister Carol Duval and family, brother

Jerry (Jodi) Foss and family.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, June 28 th 2024, at the Willow Grove Cemetery in Buffalo. A reception will follow at noon at the Johnson County Fairgrounds.
