U.S. Senator John Barrasso (R-WY) spoke on the Senate floor Tuesday about President Biden’s economic policies. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has more.

Barrasso: ‘As Inflation Hits Record Highs, Biden’s Approval Rating Hits Record Lows’

Senator Barrasso said the Biden Administration’s policies have driven inflation to a 40-year high of 7.5 percent. As a result, he said Americans are hurting as they face sky-high prices for gas, groceries, and energy.

Senator Barrasso

Barrasso said over the last year, inflation outpaced wages by over $1,400, which equates to over $100 a month differential. He said those who get hurt the worst are families who are struggling, young couples, people living on fixed incomes, people trying to work every day to put bread on the table.

Everyone is tired of your false truths. Brain washing children in schools, isn’t that what Hitler did. I’m sure glad you weren’t my doctor when you were one. I’d like to know when did your political beliefs become more important than a child’s or parents health. You should have used your medical knowledge and political common sense. Or do you have any?

No matter what any Democrat does these hateful people will criticize to no end.Never mind the mess Biden inherited and the numerous far right so called “politicians” who stand in the way.

Were you asleep the previous 4 years when Trump was President? And what did O’Bribem inherit that was a mess? Lowest unemployment (esp for blacks and minorities), energy independence, had N. Korea, Russia and China in check, supported the police and military. Gee that sounds horrible (NOT). The dems are the hateful ones. Proven by the fact that they are doing everything to undo what Trump did out of spite even though it is ruining our country. Because they could care a less for the people. Trump is for the people, not the government and politicians. Open your eyes and quit listening to the MSM!

Not all have benefited from humpty trumpty’s failed policies and crooked politics. As for Biden’s cluster foxtrot…throw ALL politicians in a sack of flour like so much chicken and they all come out the same.

You are exactly right, Debbie. Biden (the Democrats) have destroyed everything Trump did for the country. Such as, $ 1.89 gasoline, a booming economy and stock market. Higher wages, jobs brought back to the US, etc. etc. It’s amazing how brainwashed Dems are by their elites.

Your integrity is gone Dr., so your assessment of national conditions is also gone. You neglect your oath of office to protect and defend the constitution by remaining silent regarding the GOP’s attempt to overturn a legitimate election and regarding your party’s supporters ransacking the US capitol. You are merely a shallow political hack, focused not on our country’s well being but solely on retaining power, access to money, and privilege.

Why did you vote to give the dems the ability to raise the debt ceiling, john? Your handlers never answered my question about that. You lost the senate because of your greedy leader mitch who you support, so I don’t think you have room to complain about biden. Rigged elections have consequences, which is something else your GOPe refuses to address.

more accurate insight would be appropriate…the pandemic and related supply chain issues should be addressed that’s the bottom line for inflation

I don’t care what your political stripes are—the number of people commenting on every story that involves politicians, touting the wonderful asperations of the left and vilifying those on the right should make anyone who cares about the future of Wyoming, bar the doors. Maybe they are out of state trolls….but I doubt it. They are moving here and dragging their scrambled logic of what is right, with them. Soon, they will have laid the foundation for the same unfixable quagmire then fled, right here. You can see in the diminished courtesy of drivers in town like Sheridan and Buffalo..and instantly know they came from somewhere else where “me first” was the rule. For the same reason globalism is the worst idea pushed on the world population, it isn’t ok to make everywhere look the same. Want liberal? Go to any number of places. Want conservative? Well keep them that way. There is room for different point of few, but there is a reason people in cities settled in neighborhoods with people from like backgrounds. If you dislike what someone representing the majority of WY residents has to say on virtually all subjects, I invite you to leave Wyoming. We’ll both be better for it.

Telling people to leave where they work live and pay money to do so is the problem. Leave yourself if you don’t like the opposition.selfishness is your forte!

you sound like the mayor of Los Angeles. Anyone can show up and do whatever they want. I think we have all seen how that movie ends.

Democrats seem especially angry and fearful right now but with official inflation numbers at 7.5% and real world inflation running ten to fifteen percent they have every reason to be worried. No one cares about January sixth or Trump they care that it’s costing a fortune to fill their gas tanks and that their heating bills have doubled and grocery costs are skyrocketing. Rightly or wrongly President Biden and the democrats are going to carry this mess around their necks just like Carter had to. Scream and curse the Senator all you like but it’s not going to change your fortunes this November or in 2024.

Shall we look at cooperate profit raises in energy, food and consumer goods areas? Is it inflation or is it corporate price gauging? Inquiring minds what to know- the QRP doesn’t what you to look behind the curtain of what deregulation has wrought.
