Sheridan Airport Gets Contract for Engineering Services

The Sheridan County Airport has entered into a contract with Morrison-Maierle, Inc. to provide professional engineering services over the next five years for numerous airport improvement projects.
Airport Manager John Stopka explains the agreement.
Stopka said the agreement also lists the airport improvement projects that are anticipated for the five years during the agreement, which include rehabilitation of runways, realignment of the east end taxiway, and construction of auto parking among many others.
No dollar amount is attached to the agreement, and Stopka explained why.
The commission voted to approve the contract on Stopka’s recommendation.
