Parker Avenue Rezone

A request to rezone property on Parker Avenue in Sheridan was recently considered by the Sheridan City Council. City Public Works Director Lane Thompson says the applicant, Stephen Grimshaw is requesting to rezone properties located at 1405 through 1467 Parker Avenue from from R-2 residence district to R-3 residence district.

The ordinance was approved by the City Council on second reading and must be approved one more time on the third and final reading before the rezone can take effect.
