Sheridan County Man Arraigned for Property Destruction

A 19-year-old Sheridan County man was arraigned in Fourth Judicial District Court Tuesday on two felony charges. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.
Luke Mullinax, at Tuesday’s hearing, pleaded not guilty to the charges of felony property destruction or defacement, and felony conspiracy to commit property destruction or defacement for conspiring with Ayden Phillips to destroy or deface another individuals property. According to court documents, Mullinax, along with Phillips, on July 16, allegedly destroyed a 2019 truck and a 2015 camper trailer owned by Al Sparkman and spray painted a camper trailer owned by Erik Jorgensen.
District Court Judge John Fenn scheduled a #3 stack three-day jury trial for April 18 and set a pretrial conference for March 17 at 10 am. Mullinax’s bond was continued under the same terms and conditions that were previously set in Circuit Court. Each of the charges, property destruction and conspiracy to commit property destruction, are punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a fine of $10,000.
