District 22 Senator Dave Kinskey and District 21 Senator Bo Biteman appeared on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse program to summarize the efforts that were made by state lawmakers during the seven day special session.
At the conclusion of the session Wyoming Senate President Dan Dockstader and Speaker of the House Eric Barlow issued a joint statement. According to the joint statement, the 2021 Special Session House Enrolled Act 1 clearly articulates the belief of the majority of Wyoming residents that the decision to receive a COVID-19 vaccine is a personal choice.
This sentiment is shared by the majority of Wyoming lawmakers as echoed by Kinskey while he explained what the Biden Administration mandates could mean for the Cowboy State’s industries and employees, calling the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s emergency temporary standards “blackmail.”
During the session 21 unique bills were introduced in both houses. Thirteen of those bills were heard and debated on the floor and in the committees of the Senate or House of Representatives.
Of the bills that were able to get to the floor, Biteman said three were debated, and one passed, House Bill 1002.
The bill allows for appropriation of $4 million to be appropriated from the General Fund to be placed in a fund to be used by Wyoming Attorney General Bridget Hill in her ongoing efforts to fight the mandates in the courtroom.

Wait, Kinskey thinks they’re wrong..
That it’s a personal choice?? Then why did he vote Nay on the very votes trying to fight it? Sounds like someone knows election time is coming to me

I asked him why he voted NO on SF1003. He told me to listen to his speech on the senate floor, and read the bill. I did, and I dont think he had a firm answer of why he voted that way. He needs to be retired.

Kinskey and 22 others voted against bill SF1020 – Penalties for mandating COVID-19 vaccinations which was another bill designed to protect Wyoming citizens against prohibiting administration of COVID-19 preventative treatment such as nasal sprays, pills or tablets (I’m guessing Ivermectin and other meds). Would’ve prevented any public entity from adopting any rule, reg or policy which requires the jab as a condition of employment. There’s more. Go read it! Senators Biteman, Bouchard, French, James, Mckeown and Salazar voted for it! There was 1 excused, the other 23 voted against this! Remember come election time folks!! These RINOs need to go! They obviously have no interest in protecting Wyoming and American values!

I’m happy to see that House Bill 1002 was passed which addresses this issue. Not sure why SF1020 wasn’t, perhaps it wasn’t detailed enough. Many who voted against SF1020, voted for HB1002. This bill protects us Wyoming citizens right to decide if we want the drug or not and our jobs. The only glitch is Biden wants to disqualify medical facilities that don’t bow to the mandate by not paying for Medicare & Medicaid patients. This is blackmail! Mind you it is a drug that was forced thru CDC approval for political reasons, and don’t forget this is a PLANDEMIC. Any other drug has to have at the minimum 3 years of study, usually 5 – 10. They still don’t know the long term affects. Go to the VAERS website if you want to see some evidence of the side effects some are having. I’m not an antivaxer, I believe in people’s right to choose what goes into their body! As a Christian I personally refuse to use something created with aborted fetal tissue. God bless Wyoming and the USA!

One thing for sure, idiots who refuse to take precautions will be a part of “herd thinning”. Right wing nut jobs have succeeded in spreading lies and propaganda…from one of the spectrum to the other, and the sheep have gobbled it up.

what a couple of brain disconnected legislators…there are 900K dead Americans as a direct result of this pandemic who no longer have a voice in the matter…families destroyed…this is a time for Wyomingites to come together to collectively decide how to stop the sickness and death associated with the pandemic not to circumvent a mandate designed to help our country overcome the mounting number of deaths of fellow Americans and destruction of the national economy…the US Supreme Court will have the final say and I believe these two legislators (and others) will be very disappointed in that ultimate Supreme Court decision because for the justices it’s going to come down to what is in the best interest of the country as a whole which, these two have failed to realize
