Barrasso Votes Against Solicitor of the Department of the Interior Nominee

U.S. Senator John Barrasso, during remarks on the Senate floor prior to the vote on the nomination of Robert Anderson to be solicitor of the Department of the Interior, said he would be voting against the nomination of Anderson.
The Senate voted to confirm the nomination of Anderson as the solicitor of the Department of the Interior and the nomination of Jessica Lewis to serve as assistant secretary of state for Political-Military Affairs.

Senator Barrasso wants the Department of Interior to fail. His Secretaries of Interior 2017-2020 did their best hollowing it out for industries and special interests. Especially BLM and the National Park Service.

Interior nominee is a radical nut job much like the ATF nominee. He with drew and so will Suzie Nutcase. But feel free to join her in hugging a tree –just be careful of the spikes…

Dear Senator Barrasso, we’ve seen your Koch Bros. approved plan for raping the forest and protecting the fossil fuel Barons from all responsibility- no wonder you don’t want anyone in interior who actually knows what they’re talking about. (for those of you who haven’t seen it, it’s front page on the 9/30 Star Tribune)
