Aaron PalmerThe Buffalo City Council was updated on the city’s Bozeman and Flatiron projects at their last meeting.
Project Engineer Brent Bennett with Nelson Engineering of Buffalo spoke about the Bozeman water line replacement project.
The project will replace the water mains on Bozeman from Benteen Street north to East Foote Street, and will also replace the water main on South Cummings Avenue from East Keays north to East Gatchell Street.
The plan was to try to get the waterline in this fall and pave the road next spring, but the start date will depend on the availability of water line materials, which there has been a shortage of for quite awhile, according to Bennett.
He said the project will get underway as soon as possible.
