City Approves Requests for BHS Homecoming

The Buffalo City Council approved requests associated with next week’s Buffalo High School Homecoming activities on Monday, October 4^th.

The requests were brought before the council by City Attorney Ben Kirven, representing the BHS students organizing the activities.

A request for a street closure on Main Street from Angus Street north to Benteen Street was approved for the annual Homecoming Parade at 6:30pm.

Also requested was a street closure on East Fetterman Street from Main Street to the alley at Crazy Woman Square from 5 to 8pm for the school’s Homecoming Barbecue.

The council also approved a request from the Buffalo Chamber of Commerce for a street closure on Main Street from Angus to Fort Street on Friday, October 29^th from 4 to 6pm for the annual Monster March.
