Ten Above Minor Subdivision Receives Council’s Approval
A public hearing for the Ten Above Minor Subdivision was held at the most recent Sheridan City Council meeting. City of Sheridan Community Development Director Wade Sanner says the request from the applicant, Ten Above Investments, LLC, was for property located at 204 and 212 Custer Street.
Following Sanner’s presentation, the Council unanimously approved the subdivision request. The property located at the southwest corner of Burkitt and Custer Streets is zoned R-3 and surrounding properties are single family homes zoned R-3 as well.
