Buffalo City Building Inspector Toby Rhoades reported to the city council recently that the Planning & Zoning Board had approved a lot split within the city.

According to Rhoades, the lot located at 409 Fort Street, which once housed the City Liquor Building along with the Building that is now the new Buffalo Urgent Care walk-in clinic, was split to allow each to have its own lot.

He explains further.

Rhoades also said the Planning and Zoning meeting this month, scheduled for December 24th has been canceled.
