Buffalo Council Approves Release of Escrow Funds

Buffalo’s City Council considered releasing escrow funds concerning the Caturia Subdivision during their Tuesday meeting.

City Building Inspector Terry Asay brought the request from developer Cade Caturia to release most of the escrow funds back to him.

The council approved the release of $77,895.90 and to retain $8,655.10 during the one-year warranty period for the new infrastructure.

The subdivision is located on Hilltop Drive off of Klondrike Drive in Buffalo.
