Johnson County Considering Tattoo, Micro Needle Regulations

Johnson County may enact rules and regulations concerning tattooing and micro-needling.

County Attorney Tucker Ruby explained what prompted the discussion on enacting regulations.

Ruby brought draft regulations before the county commission at their last meeting for them to consider and discuss at an upcoming meeting.

The commission will discuss the issue further at their next meeting, which will be Tuesday, October 5^th.
