Sheridan Commission to Ratify Change Order on Library Project

The Sheridan County Commission will work through a relatively light agenda on Tuesday at their regular meeting.

They are scheduled to ratify a change order with Dick Anderson Construction, Inc. for the roof and HVAC upgrade for the Fulmer Public Library.

The commission will consider the transfer of a liquor license from Story Store @ The Old Firehall Inc. d/b/a Story Store to Story’s Old Firehall Store, LLC d/b/a Story Store, contingent upon the sale of the property.

A variance will be considered.

And they will consider a lease/purchase agreement with US Bancorp to finance two Caterpillar Motor Graders.

The meeting will begin at 9am Tuesday in the second floor boardroom #220 in the Sheridan County Courthouse addition.
