Tuesday’s Jo Co P&Z Meeting Features Proposed Subdivisions
The Johnson County Planning & Zoning Commission will have their September meeting Tuesday evening and will consider a number of subdivisions as well as review their draft subdivision regulations.
The commission will continue review of the sketch plan for the High Chaparral Minor Subdivision, located off of Klondike Road.
They will have a presentation on the Kaleb Morse Minor Subdivision which is hoping for future annexation into the Town of Kaycee.
They will have an additional Sketch Plan review of the Clear Creek Minor Subdivision on Highway 16 East, near Deer Park Campground.
Other subdivisions that will be given updated statuses of include Ponderosa, Freehold, and Mather Peak.
The commission is also scheduled to review and finalize the draft subdivision regulations they have been working on.
The meeting will be Tuesday night beginning at 7pm in the County Planning Office located at 26 N. DeSmet in the County Annex A Building.
