Jo Co COVID Task Force Website Goes Live Friday
Johnson County’s COVID Task Force will have a new website that is scheduled to be up and running on Friday, August 27th.
That is according to Dr. Mark Schueler, who made the announcement at Wednesday’s Johnson County Hospital Board meeting.
He said the website is currently being designed and built by the Johnson County School District for the task force, and he explained what kind of information would be available to the public once the website is up and running.
We will have the website information when it is released by the task force.
The most recent COVID stats were also released by the task force this week, and they show 36 active cases in Johnson County and 48 confirmed cases in the last 14 days.
There are currently four people hospitalized with the virus in the county, and so far the county has a vaccination rate of just over 32%.
