City Approves Berger Preliminary Plat
A preliminary subdivision plat in the Bergner Addition has been approved by the Buffalo City Council.
As explained by Building Inspector/City Planner Terry Asay, the preliminary plat has undergone changes in the last few months before coming before the council.
Conditions on the approval of the plat included a sidewalk extension on Conrad Street, groundwater studies on the property, and a water rights review.
According to the application, the preliminary subdivision plat is for a nine lot residential subdivision located on an approximate 9-acre parcel of land connected by High Street on the north, bounded by Cloud Peak School on the west, bounded partially by Cemetery Creek on the south, and bounded by US Highway 87 (Main Street) on the east.
