County Intends to Vacate Dow-Dutch Creek Road
The Sheridan County Commission has voted to pass a Notice of Intent to vacate County Road #68, also known as Dow-Dutch Creek Road.
County Engineer Ken Muller told the commission that landowners have petitioned the county to vacate the easement, and this begins the process.
Those that wish to file an objection to the vacation must do so with the county clerk before noon on Friday, August 6th.
The hearing to consider the vacation will be held on Tuesday, August 17th at 9am.
