JCSD1 Curriculum Director Leaving for Home

The current Director of Curriculum for the Johnson County School District is leaving effective June 30th, and will be taking a position in Helena, Montana.

In a recent interview, Kellie Boedecker said she is excited to be returning to her hometown.

Boedecker said the JCSD1 is in good shape with curriculum, especially in reading and math and that teachers, administrators, and the incoming superintendent Charles Auzqui all have a commitment to keeping the student’s learning at a high level and improving on it.

She was asked if the district is where it needs to be concerning reading at grade level.

Boedecker’s resignation from the Johnson County school district is effective today, June 30th.
