Buffalo Council Passes Resolution for Tax Mill Levy

The Buffalo City Council has passed a Resolution to set their mill levy for their general fund at 8 mills for the coming 2021-22 fiscal year, the most the city can request.

Resolution No. 1446 was explained by Mayor Shane Schrader.

City Clerk Julie Silbernagel will make the official request for Johnson County to collect the 8 mills on behalf of the City of Buffalo for the coming fiscal year.
