Sheridan County OKs Lot Sale to Excalibur Construction

The Sheridan County Commission, during their recent meeting, approved the sale of 12 lots in the Trailside at Woodland Park Subdivision to Excalibur Construction, Inc.

County Administrative Director Renee Obermueller explained that the county, towns and cities all approved the development as an affordable housing development, with the lot and housing package to be priced at no more than $250,000 per lot.

She said Excalibur said they would be able to purchase the remaining 12 lots and develop them simultaneously and keep the price of the homes and lots under $250,000.

The commission discussed and approved allowing the sale of the 12 remaining lots to Excalibur Construction to finish the build-out of the 24-lot Trailside at Woodland Park Subdivision.
