Subdivision Request Receives Approval From Council

A resolution to subdivide 1.94 acres from one lot into four commercial lots on property located at 2096 Sheridan Avenue was approved Monday night by the Sheridan City Council. City Community Development Director Wade Sanner said it’s a pretty standard subdivision.

Sanner said the location of the vacant property is at the northwest corner of Brundage Lane and Sheridan Avenue and it is part of the Little Goose Minor Subdivision and zoned B-1.
