Pick Up Vouchers for Spring Cleanup Starting May 10th

The annual Spring Cleanup, a joint effort between the City of Buffalo and Johnson County, is scheduled for May 12^th through the 15^th, and vouchers can be picked up at City Hall or the Johnson County Courthouse beginning Monday, May 10^th.

To get a voucher, city residents will need to bring proof of residency and the description of the vehicle they will be using during the cleanup to city hall, while county residents can pick up vouchers at the historic courthouse.

Voucher holders can take their trash and unwanted items to the county landfill for free, with the city or county picking up the bill.

The vouchers are good for as many free trips to the landfill that the holder wishes to make, as long as the voucher is presented at each trip to the landfill.
