Aaron PalmerSean McCallister, current CEO of the Johnson County Healthcare Center in Buffalo, has resigned his position which will be effective later this spring.
He said he is resigning for personal reasons and to be closer to family.
In an interview this week, he discussed the two major projects the facility will be working on, that the new CEO will have to complete once he is gone.
McCallister said the JCHC will continue to gather information on both projects to help the board of trustees make the best decisions possible for the facility.
He was asked how long he is planning to stay with the healthcare center before moving on to his new position in Idaho.
McCallister said he will be here to help support the transition process with the new CEO.
