Sheridan County’s Commissioners voted to approve a subdivision permit for a 21.46-acre property located within the Powder Horn Ranch II PUD.
The proposal will create 16 new residential lots and two out lots from a currently un-platted area within the PUD.
County Planner Mark Reid explains the application further.
Two conditions were also suggested by the Planning & Zoning Commission, which requires State Engineer approval of the Water Distribution Plan to be received by the county prior to the Board of County Commissioners signing the final plat; and requiring compliance with any applicable original conditions of approval for the Powder Horn Ranch II.
