County OKs Subdivision Permit in Powder Horn Ranch

A subdivision permit to allow the vacation of existing lots and establishing two lots on a 3.68-acre parcel within the Powder Horn Ranch PUD, Phase Two was brought before the Sheridan County Commission for their approval.

County Planner Mark Reid gave more details on the proposal.

No comments were offered during the Public Hearing at the meeting.

The commission voted to approve the subdivision permit.
