The Pandemic and Tourism

Sheridan County Travel and Tourism Executive Director Shawn Parker provided an update to the Sheridan City Council. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

Parker began his update to the Council by providing details of some of the impacts the pandemic has had on the tourism industry in general.

Parker said moving forward, there are some positive signs as far as upcoming local events.

Parker said organizers with the Bighorn Trail Run and Dead Swede bicycle race are moving ahead with plans to hold their events later this year as well.
