Group Norms Discussed at Council Strategic Planning Session

The Sheridan City Council addressed a number of topics at a strategic planning session Monday night at the Big Horn Women’s Club. One of the items of discussion was group norms. Sheridan Mayor Rich Bridger talks about some of the conclusions that were reached by the Council regarding group norms.

The Council also discussed meeting routines and the idea of a retreat that would be held this summer. We’ll have more from the strategic planning session in a future story.
