Sheridan Woman Arraigned on Multiple Drug Charges

An arraignment hearing was held Thursday in Fourth Judicial District Court for 46-year-old Holli Ingalls of Sheridan. Ingalls pleaded “not guilty” to two counts of Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance- Methamphetamine. The possession charges are being prosecuted as felonies because Ingalls has previously been convicted three times for similar charges.

District Court Judge John Fenn scheduled the three day jury trial to begin on June 28 and set the pretrial conference for May 20 at 10:30 am. Ingalls’ bond was continued under the same terms and conditions previously set in Circuit Court. Each felony drug possession is punishable by up to 5 years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000.
