Johnson County OKs Land Applications

The Johnson County Commission recently approved some land use applications brought before them by County Planner Jim Waller, including a boundary line adjustment, and a subdivision final plat.

The boundary line adjustment, between landowners Cindy Barlow and the Robert and Margaret Twing Family Trust, conveying roughly eight-tenths of an acre from the Twing Family Trust to Barlow.

A one-lot minor subdivision final plat, requested by Willis Swenson, was explained by Waller.

The 5.1-acre parcel was approved for the minor subdivision.
